About NIHR Research Management (LGC)

Build your career in research management with us:
LGC is an international leader in the extended life sciences sector, including human healthcare, agri-food and the environment (www.lgcgroup.com). Our 22-month graduate scheme is based in LGC’s Grant Management Group where we design, implement and monitor research programmes for the National Institute for Health Research (www.nihr.ac.uk) from offices in Central and South West London (Twickenham).
What we offer to graduates on our scheme:
You will lead projects on behalf of the NIHR, the nation’s largest funder of health and care research. We see the chance to deliver projects as the best way for you to learn what it takes to be an effective manager. You will receive training, be mentored and there will be a choice of projects on offer - an opportunity for you to hone your skills within a specialism. On completion, you’ll be ready to take your career to the next stage, having acquired a comprehensive understanding of research management.
