About Spicerhaart

Spicerhaart combines the largest independent residential sales and lettings network with one of the biggest integrated financial service businesses in the country. Created in 1989 by father and son Paul and Alik Smith, Spicerhaart operates haart, Darlows, Haybrook, Felicity J Lord and Chewton Rose. We have nearly 200 branches nationally and a dedicated graduate programme to find young professionals who will become our leaders and managers of the future.

The Programme:

The Spicerhaart graduate management programme has been designed to fully focus on the graduate – allowing you to take complete control of your future career in a fast moving, yet supportive environment. The investment in graduates as part of our next generation of managers and leaders is an integral part of our future. We are looking for the very best candidates with the energy, determination and flexibility required to get the most from the opportunity. We look for the highest level of self-motivated individuals with a passion for management, success and achievement. It is imperative that our graduates be great communicators, who are eager to develop and learn whilst being committed to a career in management. In return we offer a professionally structured and well developed 18 month training programme which is designed to take you to assistant branch manager level. Upon completion of our graduate programme you will continue on a structured career path which offers you a clear pathway with support in order to be able to continue to develop and flourish within our organisation. We offer a competitive package with a company car, commission and bonuses and the opportunity to travel to places such as Dubai, New York and Thailand on our annual company conference.

We are fortunate enough to offer two programmes running this year - we are looking to recruit 10 people to start our programme in March 2016, with a further 15 places becoming available on our September 2016 intake. Please specify in your application and covering letter which programme you are applying for.
